PHOENIX — A person is in the hospital Thursday after they were involved in a crash, the Phoenix Police Department said.
Around 4:15 a.m., officers were sent to the scene near 7th Street and Glendale Avenue for a crash involving a vehicle and a bus.

Police said once officers arrived at the scene, they found the driver of the vehicle who sustained life-threatening injuries. The driver was taken to the hospital and their current condition is unknown.
Authorities did not report any other injuries from the crash or the identity of the victim.
The investigation is ongoing.
