TEMPE, Ariz. - The Tempe Police Department said it is investigating rumors of a threat at Corona Del Sol High School, which police say are not credible.
Police said the threats stem from an incident involving students at the school that began last Wednesday.
The original threat stated something was going to happen at the school on Friday.
Nothing happened. Now, police say the rumored threats claim something might happen Monday.
Police have been unable to show that any of the threats are credible; however, there will be an increased police presence at the school for precautionary reasons.
The police department is working with the school administration and the district.
