CHANDLER, Ariz. — Two drivers are dead after a crash in Chandler on June 18, city police said.
The crash happened at the intersection of Price Road and Armstrong Place, just north of Germann Road, according to early reports.
The two people who were killed were the only occupants in their respective vehicles and no other injuries were reported.
Detectives are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
It appears the the driver of a grey Nissan sedan lost control and hit a SUV traveling through the intersection.
The driver of the sedan has been identified as 38-year-old Nick Vasquez of Casa Grande and the driver of the SUV has been identified as 34-year-old Sameera Vishwanath of California.
