PHOENIX - Horses, camels, ostriches and zebras will race on Saturday at Turf Paradise.
The family-friendly event will feature animal races from across the world: camel racing is popular in the Middle East, Australia and Asia and ostrich racing is popular in Africa.
Gates open at 11 a.m. The first race beginning shortly after 1 p.m.
Admission is $3 for adults. Teens 16 and under get in free.
