BUCKEYE, Ariz. — Buckeye police located a 3-year-old child who was missing.
Cashes Jones, 3, was believed to be with his father, Phillip Jones, who is wanted for "recent felony crimes in other jurisdictions," Buckeye police said.
Police said the father had custody of the child per a custodial agreement but failed to return the child to the mother.
Phillip Jones, Cashes Jones' father, is still outstanding.
Phillip Jones, 43, is 5'7", 154 pounds with blue eyes and a facial hair patch on his chin. He has tattoos on his neck, left jaw line and forehead. He is possibly driving a 2019 silver Chevrolet Cruz, Nevada license plate 952X95.
Police said Phillip Jones is a suspect in cases involving car theft, arson and burglary.
Anyone with any information or anyone who sees Phillip Jones is asked to immediately call 911.
