A massage therapist accused of fondling two guests at a Paradise Valley resort two years ago will be able to avoid jail time.
A Maricopa County Superior Court judge sentenced 64-year-old Harrison Kingsley on Wednesday to lifetime probation in exchange for pleading guilty to two counts of attempted sexual assault.
Paradise Valley police say Kingsley fondled two male clients during massages in October 2012 and July 2014.
The assaults allegedly involved guests at J. W. Marriott's Camelback Inn.
He was arrested in December 2014 at his Phoenix home after being indicted by a grand jury.
