PHOENIX — Phoenix police have responded to 27th Street and Thomas Road, where a locksmith van hit a pedestrian.
The pedestrian's condition is unknown. The van stayed at the scene.
Police said traffic is closed in both directions from 27th Street to 28th Street on Thomas Road.
In Glendale, a pedestrian has life-threatening injuries after a crash at 59th and Maryland avenues.
