PHOENIX — Travelers checking in at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix faced delays as an internet issue downed check-in kiosks at Terminal 3.
"It appears most of our systems are coming back up. Our technology team is still working on this," airport spokesman John Trierweiler said.
12News crews at the airport reported that some of the kiosks appeared to be back up and running, allowing people to check in.
While kiosks were down, travelers were funneled towards in-person check-in counters, leading to long lines at Terminal 3.
Sky Harbor did not disclose the exact nature of the issue.
