GOODYEAR, Ariz. — While responding to a commercial robbery in progress in Goodyear, police said the suspect attempted to flee and hit a patrol vehicle. All suspects are now in custody.
Goodyear police responded to a report of a commercial robbery in progress near Dysart and Lower Buckeye roads on Sunday afternoon. When police got to the scene, the suspect allegedly tried to get away, and hit a patrol vehicle.
The suspects then drove to an apartment complex, abandoned the vehicle and ran inside an apartment, police said.
All suspects are in custody and no officers were injured. No other information was given at this time.
