Firefighters rescue ducklings from storm drain

GLENDALE, Ariz. — Firefighters were called to rescue ducklings Saturday afternoon, Glendale Fire Department said.

Residents called the fire department concerned about the nine ducklings stuck in a storm drain near 68 Avenue and Via Del Sol Drive, firefighters said. 

After the firefighters completed the rescue, they made their way to a resident in a nearby neighborhood who had the mama duck. The family of ducks was transferred to nearby water, where they were reunited.
