PHOENIX — Phoenix Fashion Week's Fashionably Pink Celebrity Fashion Show shines a spotlight on Arizona breast cancer charity Check for a Lump as well as our community's breast cancer survivors.
Check for a Lump offers education, mammogram, wig and support programs as well as super survivor kits.
On Friday, Sept. 27, you'll see survivors and local celebrities, such as 12News's very own Krystle Long, ASU women's basketball stars and Miss Arizona, walking the runway in pink designs from Glam Squad to raise awareness about breast cancer and show support for Check for a Lump.
Additionally, on Saturday, Sept. 28, Krystle will be wearing a custom pink gown created by Arizona fashion designer Ruby Farias to continue to inspire support for Check for a Lump.
The two-night runway event is being held at Chateau Luxe in Phoenix, following with a "Fashionably Pink" after-party at Blue Martini where part of the proceeds will also get donated to Check for a Lump.
