Somebody was missing from Studio 12A this morning on 12 Today. That's because she was across the country at Studio 1A in New York City.
Team 12's Emma Jade went behind the scenes of the Today Show Thursday morning. She chatted with everyone's favorite weatherman, Al Roker, met the Today Show pup, Dylan Dreyer and hosts Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie.
Turns out, Roker loves reporting on Arizona's weather, because "haboob."
"One of the things I love running every chance I get on the Today Show is 'haboob' video," Roker said. "First of all, it's fun to say and it's wild to watch"
Then, there's was Today Show pup who can put his own vest on.
And the shows utility player, Dylan Dreyer.
Finally, Emma talked with the show's main anchors who are having more fun they "probably should be allowed to have." Their words, not ours.
It's safe to say Emma had a blast. We just hope they don't keep her.
