Kyle Worthen, a family friend of the Kimballs, said the father and son were active church members and loved life.

Katy May, another family friend, said Grahm was a kind boy with a passion for sports.

"Grahm was everybody's friend, he was happy and outgoing and he loved the Dodgers," May said.

May said Grahm and Drew's death added an extra layer of heartbreak for the family.

"It's a familiar feeling unfortunately, since they lost another son within this year," May said.

Worthen said Drew was the kind of man who lived to serve his family.

"[Drew] was just a man of experiences and so his family has so many memories of just living life to the fullest," Worthen said.

The Longhi family is also mourning their loved one. Raymond Longhi was on his way to pick up his wife at the airport when he was killed.

Longhi's family said he worked in the aviation industry in sales and compliance and even ran a microchip technology company.

Longhi's family saying in part:

"Loghi was deeply loved, and loved others deeply. His absence is devastating and leaves a massive hole in the family and the community."
