The Sedona Fire Dept. and the Coconino County Search and Rescue are currently along Oak Creek Canyon looking for an injured hiker.
As of 10 p.m. Saturday, the creek level not flooding, authorities said.
Multiple units are on the scene above the popular West Fork hiking area.
One search and rescue team is on the top of the canyon looking down on West Fork climbing down looking for the adult male hiker, authorities said. While another team is at the bottom of the canyon along the creek at West Fork climbing up towards the top of the canyon.
The search was initiated Saturday morning when Coconino County received a message that a hiker was lost and his emergency beacon was going off.
