If you've summited Camelback in December in recent years, you may have seen the Christmas tree at the top.
Not everyone likes it, and someone threw it over the edge of the mountain Thursday morning.
Despite pushback from park officials and others, the tree was back this year. This time, "Camelback Santa" and his elves take the tree up the mountain in the morning and take it down at night.
The tree has been vandalized before. It has been thrown off the mountain, and one year the tree was cut in half.
