Car crashes into home in west Phoenix

There were no injuries reported, police say.

PHOENIX — A car crashed into a home in west Phoenix, police said.

Phoenix police officers responded to the area of 43rd and Northern avenues regarding a crash at 10 p.m. on Friday. The crash involved a car hitting a home, police said.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found the man who was driving the car. The man was not injured, police said.

One person inside the home was treated at the scene out of precaution. There were no other injuries reported. 

Police said they do not know if alcohol was a factor in the crash. The scene was cleared and the residence is secured, police said.

The identities of the driver or those in the home were not released. What led up to the crash was also not released by police.
