Waiting can be painful.

No matter where you are or what you're doing, no one enjoys the time spent waiting.

But for those working at Sheriff Joe Arpaio's MASH Unit, they hope the patience of one poor pup will pay off with a forever home.

Tiger is the longest-tenured dog at the no-kill animal unit, and for almost nine years, he has waited for his time to be adopted. But unfortunately, it has yet to arrive.

In order to help Tiger find his new family, the MASH Unit took to Facebook with a unique request.

On a recent post, the unit asked people to take a photo of Tiger with them to various places and photograph the picture at these locations. According to the post, the hope is to bring awareness to Tiger's situation.

Here are some of the photos from Tiger's adventures:

At the Grand Canyon.

In the Desert View Watchtower.

And the arcade.

Anyone interested in meeting Tiger for a possible adoption is asked to call MASH at 602-876-1212.
