PHOENIX - Phoenix police have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with the shooting death of a man near Central and Dunlap avenues on Sept. 2.
Rosario Cortez, 24, was killed when shots were fired during a physical fight.
According to police, "the juvenile admitted to his involvement during an interview with detectives."
He was booked into juvenile custody on one count of second-degree murder.
