PHOENIX — The 14-year-old Arizona boy who was arrested and charged in the murder of his aunt in February was released on bail.
Court records show a release order was issued for Ares Adle on Feb. 15 and his $1 million bail was posted.
MCSO confirmed Adle was released from custody on Feb. 27 with electronic monitoring.
His next court date is scheduled for April, according to court records.
The teen stands accused of stabbing his aunt, 42-year-old Tonya Harper, who was found dead in a home near Alma School and Chandler Heights Road early in the morning on Feb. 1.
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office says Adle will face charges as an adult.
