One person is dead in what appears to be a single-vehicle crash that happened Monday morning on westbound Loop 202, near the Loop 101 overpass.
A large truck crashed on westbound Loop 202, knocking over one of the two containers of dirt it was hauling into the eastbound HOV lane and spilling its contents.
The crash forced the closure of two lanes on the westbound side and the HOV lane on the eastbound side.
Aerial video from Sky 12 showed officials, wearing reflective yellow vests, assessing the scene and examining debris.
It is unclear how long the roadway will be partially blocked.
