Rigatoni Bake
1 pound rigatoni pasta
8 oz boursin cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 cup mizuna
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Heat a large pot of water to a boil and season well with salt. Boil the pasta for 7-8 minutes until very al dente.
Drain the pasta and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add the Boursin and Parmesan cheese to the pasta and toss to coat until the Boursin cheese has fully melted and is coating all of the noodles. Add the beaten egg and mix until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the mizuna greens to the pasta mix until evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 7-inch spring-form pan and place in the center rack of the oven.
Bake 30-35 minutes until the top of the Rigatoni bake has fully browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
