Officials say they received a tip Monday evening that personal items belonging to Marissa Nicole Hoffman, 33, who was reported missing on July 10, were located near London Bridge Road.  The sheriff's office sent a search crew to the area Wednesday and located human remains.

Mohave County Sheriff's Detectives were deployed to the scene to conduct a death investigation and said the remains appeared to be Hoffman.  The medical examiner's office will perform an autopsy to provide a positive identification and cause of death.
