Fire spreads to multiple structures in central Phoenix

A fast-moving Phoenix house fire prompts a first-alarm fire activation.

PHOENIX — Fire crews are on scene for a first-alarm multi-structure fire near 14th Street and Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix.

The Phoenix Fire Department arrived on scene around 2 p.m. and observed a fast-moving house fire that spread to an adjacent guest home and brush nearby. Officials say they have gained control of the fire and are working to extinguish hot spots. 

Sky12 footage also shows fire damage to the roof of a neighboring home and an outdoor structure at another residence.  

Fire officials say no injuries were reported and the residents were not at home during the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
