We stopped at a Cozy Corner Cafe to learn about a local favorite that's been nestled in a shopping center off of McKellips and Recker roads for more than two decades.
“It’s kind of like asking why do you go to your kitchen everyday it serves up good food,” said longtime customer Dave Makepeaze.
Makepeaze is retired now but still carries on the tradition eating at the cafe with former colleges from Boeing, located just up the road.
Eggs Benedict and hash aside, Makepeaze is a man of routine.
“I am known to order the spinach mushroom onion omelet," he said.
That’s just the vibe here buzzing from the bright red chairs and hanging lamps.
