Chino Bandido's Emerald Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3 T. Green Onion, finely minced
1 T. Fresh Ginger, peeled, finely minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Combine onion and ginger in small bowl. Add salt.
Pour vegetable oil to cover mixture. Stir. Serve.
Emerald Chicken Quesadilla
Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high heat (350-375 degrees)
Toast tortilla for 30 seconds, turn over.
Lightly spread cheese to cover tortilla.
Place sliced chicken breast on 1/2 of quesadilla.
Spread emerald sauce over chicken.
Fold quesadilla in half when quesadilla is golden brown.
Remove, cut, serve.
