YAVAPAI, Ariz., -- The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office says Kenneth Blair, 41, has been booked for the murder of his wife, Delissa Blair, 41.
YCSO said the victim was pregnant.
Deputies say Blair originally told YCSO he accidentally shot his wife as the couple struggled over a hand gun on Saturday.
When deputies arrived, they found Delissa lying on the bed with a gunshot wound to the head.
She was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Kenneth was detained, and in a follow-up interview, he told deputies he had become upset with Delissa and shot her, according to YCSO.
Blair was booked into Camp Verde Detention Center where he is facing charges of two counts of 2nd degree murder.
