Investigation of missing Arizona teenager leads to search warrants in Phoenix, Joseph City

Jarrett Brooks was last seen on July 4. The sheriff's office is executing warrants to review cyber communications in an attempt to find the teenager.

NAVAJO COUNTY, Ariz. — The Navajo County Sheriff's Office has begun serving search warrants in Phoenix and Joseph City as part of its ongoing investigation into the disappearance of 17-year-old Jarrett Brooks.

The teen was last seen on July 4, 2023, and NCSO has conducted an extensive search in the subsequent months to find the Joseph City resident. 

Hundreds of tips and leads have been submitted to the sheriff's office but none have resulted in determining Brooks' whereabouts. 

NCSO said investigators are now using search warrants to review cyber communications in relation to the teenager's disappearance.

No arrests have been made in the case and anyone with information can contact NCSO by calling 928-524-4050.
