WILLIAMS, Ariz. - The lights have been hung, the garland is ready and the Polar Express is returning to Williams this month to take families to the North Pole.
The popular holiday train ride makes its first departure on Nov. 10 at 5:30 p.m. Reservations can be made online or over the phone.
“Now is the time to book for Polar Express,” said Bruce Brossman, the Arizona regional director of sales and marketing for the Grand Canyon Railway.
Reservations for weekends in December are already sold out and weekdays are filling up quickly.
“Most of the weekend nights, Friday and Saturday in December are gone but that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of polar dates left," Brossman said. "You have a lot of weekend dates in November available and mid-week dates in December."
The whole ride takes about 40 minutes and along the way, you can enjoy hot cocoa, Santa and storytelling.
“Anyone who is thinking about Polar Express should really start making reservations as soon as they can,” said Brossman.
