MARBLE CANYON, Ariz. — A man whose vehicle was found abandoned at Grand Canyon National Park may have tried to travel down the Colorado River with his dog on a raft he made, officials with the National Park Service said.

Officials are searching for 58-year-old Thomas L. Robison of Santa Fe, New Mexico, and his Welsh Corgi. His vehicle was found near Lees Ferry in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area on April 21.
A missing persons investigation is underway. No other information was available. Anyone who may have seen Robison is asked to contact Grand Canyon Dispatch at 928-638-7805.
