Goodbye, parkas and hello, cargo shorts! Spring is back in Arizona.
Yes, I enjoy a pair of cargo shorts as much as the next guy, and the upcoming season is a great excuse to bust them out.
The wonderful weather is just one of the many reasons to love Arizona during the springtime, and I wanted to find out what other things make the Grand Canyon State a prime place to visit during the spring months.
So I took to the 12 News Facebook page to ask that very question. Several people shared their comments and here are some of the popular responses.
Most people say the beautiful weather is a big reason.
As I scrolled through the comments, the weather was a big trend. Lots of our followers said the temps this year are superb.

Lots of the comments also had to do with some sensational smells around the area, many involving orange blossoms.
Many of us are also just glad we don't need to use the air conditioner yet.
Spring also brings a pre-cursor to summer, so those in Arizona use this time to enjoy the outdoors before triple-digit temperatures take over.
