Help raise awareness for men's health during 'No Shave November' | Growing Awareness

Team 12's Paul Gerke, Mitch Carr, Ryan Cody and Matt Yurus will let their beards grow in the name of men's health. Here's how YOU can help.

PHOENIX — For the entire month of November, a few members of the 12 News family are taking part in "No Shave November," and we're calling it "Growing Awareness."

Paul Gerke, Mitch Carr, Ryan Cody and Matt Yurus will let their beards grow in the name of raising awareness for men's health. We're doing it to benefit Prostate On-Site Project.

Prostate On-Site Project is in the business of saving the lives of men by educating and screening men for prostate cancer.

Each week throughout November we will update their progress.

But "No Shave November" it's more than just letting your hair grow. It's also about making a difference. So let's grow awareness too.
