GLENDALE, Ariz. — A Glendale woman has been sentenced to four months in prison after she pleaded guilty to assaulting a TSA agent at Sky Harbor International Airport.
Ma’Kiah C. Coleman, 20, was additionally banned from traveling on a commercial aircraft during the three-year term of her supervised release following an assault reported at the Phoenix airport in April 2023.

Coleman grabbed an agent by their hair, forced their head down against a table and punched them several times with a closed fist, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office of Arizona. The defendant had to be restrained by several other TSA agents and Sky Harbor's security checkpoint was temporary closed while law enforcement responded.
Coleman pleaded guilty to a charge of assault on a federal officer inflicting bodily injury.
