LAKE MONTEZUMA, Ariz. — A rollover crash reported Friday afternoon closed the northbound lanes of Interstate 17 near Lake Montezuma.
The road has since been fully reopened.
The incident occurred at milepost 294 in Yavapai County and resulted in at least one fatality, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Friday's collision could result in an "extensive closure" and motorists headed north on I-17 should seek alternate routes, officials said. The southbound lanes are unaffected.
