VAIL, Ariz. - A 37-year-old has been arrested for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old student.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department said the school resource officer at Cienega High School was notified by school administration about a possible inappropriate relationship between a student and a member of the school staff.
Investigators found evidence to indicate a member of the security staff, who was also an assistant basketball coach, had been sending explicit messages to a 17-year-old student.
The investigation led to probable cause for the arrest of Senecca Turner for sexual conduct with a minor.
He was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex.
The investigation is ongoing.
