WICKENBURG, Ariz. — An elderly man and woman found by Wickenburg police suffering from apparent gunshot wounds have passed away.
The injured individuals were found lying in bed after police officers responded to a 911 call Wednesday night in the area of Santa Fe Drive and Madison Street.
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene and the man later died at the hospital.
Wickenburg police said a gun was located in the hands of one of the victims.
The incident remains under investigations. Identities of the deceased have not been disclosed.
