PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - Two men were arrested in Prescott Valley and are facing several narcotics possession charges for having over 20 Fentanyl pills with them.
Deputies from the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle over a traffic violation on State Route 69 in Prescott Valley, on Tuesday, Nov. 21, officials said.
During the stop, a YCSO K9 detected an odor of narcotics, YCSO said.

Pieces of foil were also found in the car.
YCSO said Moran said the pills were purchased in the Phoenix area and admitted having smoked a pill on the way back to Prescott.
On the way to jail, Moran told the deputy he had inserted a package with 8 pills into his anus and hadn’t been able to get them out, YCSO said.
Moran was taken to the hospital where 10 Fentanyl pills were retrieved from his body, YCSO said.
Authorities said a total of 23.5 pills were recovered during the investigation.
