GLENDALE, Ariz. — Two suspects have been arrested after a months-long police investigation into a suspected "brothel" operating in Glendale, public records show.

Xenia Cisneros, 44, and Gloria Roques, 39, are facing criminal charges for their alleged involvement in managing a residence near 75th Avenue where commercial sex acts were allegedly occurring.

Court records show the house was set up as a business where police reported finding a significant amount of condoms, lubricant and erectile dysfunction pills, court records show.

Investigators became aware of the alleged brothel back in January 2024 and began observing the residence. Cisneros and Roques were allegedly seen transporting other females to and from the address.

Witnesses told investigators they were allegedly obligated to pay Cisneros a fee for every transaction they had with a client, records show. Both suspects were booked into jail this week.
