PEORIA, Ariz. — The Peoria Sports Complex is a 12-field facility, home to the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres each spring as the two teams play their spring training games at the facility's main stadium.
The complex, built in 1994, has undergone new renovations for each of the last five years.

Where to park
Parking at this facility costs $5 for all personal vehicles. There are three points of entry for vehicle parking at Peoria Sports Complex: Mariners Way, Padres Way and Stadium Way. Mariners Way and Stadium Way can be accessed by 83rd Avenue. Padres Way can be accessed by Paradise Lane. RV parking and bus passenger drop off areas can be accessed by Mariners Way. Rideshare pickups and dropoffs can be accessed at Stadium Way.

Facility highlights
The facility is 145 total acres and the main stadium has a 12,518 stadium seating capacity.

There's an interactive playground for kids called the Peoria Cove located on the third base concourse.
There are concessions and there are also upgrade experiences where you can do a build your own burger bar starting at $10, located on the Terrace above the Team Store near Gate B. There's also a "Craft Courtyard," where you can get four 12 oz. craft beers for a $20 voucher. It's located at the Courtyard on the first base concourse near Gate A.
There are suites and group spaces available here at the Peoria Sports Complex.
Nearby restaurants and bars
There are many restaurants and bars located right next to the Peoria Sports Complex along 83rd Avenue and Bell Road directly adjacent to the complex. These include popular chain restaurants like P.F. Changs and The Cheesecake Factory and other popular spots including Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant and Modern Round.
