PHOENIX - Looking to live like an Olympian in the Valley? You might just have your chance.
The most decorated Olympian of all time has apparently listed his beautiful Paradise Valley home for a cool $4.1 million.
TMZ reported the news Tuesday saying Phelps could be "swimming in dough" if he sells his home, which he previously bought for $2.5 million.
Following his retirement from Olympic competition, Phelps settled in in the Valley where he assists his former coach Bob Bowman at Arizona State University. He and his wife, Nicole, have since welcomed two sons into the world.
