More than 540 students will take part in the 2023-2024 ceremony, the college said in a news release.
The event will celebrate the accomplishments of more than 2,500 students who have successfully met academic requirements to earn Certificates of Completion and Associate Degrees, according to the college.
Biden previously visited the college’s Southern and Dobson Campus in February 2023. During that visit, she highlighted affordable community college programs like Mesa College Promise.
A lifelong educator, Biden has taught at Northern Virginia Community College since 2009.
