SCOTTSDALE, Arizona — The man who walked up to the front of a Scottsdale restaurant after having been shot is in stable condition as of Sunday, police said.
The Scottsdale Police Department said the incident happened Saturday afternoon at a restaurant near Thomas and Scottsdale roads.
The man was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. As of Sunday morning, police said the man has gone through two surgeries and is now in stable condition.
Police said the shooting did not happen at the restaurant and they are working to determine the location it did happen. They are also looking for information about anyone involved in the shooting.
Police said the shooting was an isolated incident involving the victim and suspects, and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
