More two years after a deadly shooting in west Phoenix a suspect has been arrested, according to authorities.
The Phoenix Police Department said 31-year-old Steven Rashaad Deloach was arrested on Oct. 10 in connection to the death of 39-year-old Dominic Daughtrey.

Daughtrey died after he was shot on June 3, 2022, near 39th and Grand avenues. He was found in a parked white Ford F-150 truck near an apartment complex.
In a news release police said detectives have "worked tirelessly" for the past two years to find and arrest the person responsible for killing Daughtrey.
In February 2023, 12News spoke to Daughtrey's family.
Daughtrey's siblings described the graduate of Mountain View High School in Mesa as an energetic outdoorsman who loved Jean-Claude Van Damme movies and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
"Dominic will be forever remembered for his large, vibrant smile and infectious laugh that could fill a room," the victim's obituary states.
Daughtrey left behind a young daughter, according to the family.
Deloach is facing the charge of first-degree murder, according to police.
