PHOENIX — Police are searching for a man accused of killing an 8-year-old in 2022.
49-year-old Sidney Garrand has a warrant out for his arrest in connection with a fatal road rage shooting in 2022 that took the life of an 8-year-old child, Phoenix police said on Twitter.

Authorities put out a reward up to $2,000 dollars for information that leads to Garrand's arrest and/or indictment.
