PHOENIX — A man in "a distinctive bunny suit" was arrested Monday after allegedly entering the backyard of a Phoenix home and exposing himself to the resident, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Police responded to the home near 7th and Portland streets at 7 a.m. where the resident was able to show video to police of the man in a bunny suit in her yard.
Nolan Patrick Mathews, 44, was detained by police until they were able to identify him as the suspect using the video, police said.
Police said the man had left items behind in the yard including a vendor ID holder, which the suspect identified as his but denied exposing himself.
Mathews faces burglary and indecent exposure charges.
