PHOENIX — A man's body was found in the area of 3rd Avenue and Filmore Street Monday morning in Phoenix, according to police.
Police said they responded to a call about the deceased body around 8:30 a.m.
Officers reported the body was discovered by construction workers who were doing demolition work on a vacant residence.
