PHOENIX — One person is dead after a shooting in south Phoenix, officials said.
Officers were called to a neighborhood near 7th Street and Baseline Road for reports of a shooting just before 8 p.m.
Officers found one person with a gunshot wound who was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
The person responsible has not been found and officers are searching the area.
