PHOENIX - Police arrested a man after a woman caught him watching her through the window of her Phoenix apartment multiple times this month.
According to court documents, police were called to an apartment complex near 27th Avenue and Camelback Road twice this month when a woman caught 23-year-old Sang Nguyen watching her through her window.
The woman told police, according to court documents, Nguyen told her, "I can see you," through her bedroom window on Jan. 22 when she was trying to sleep. When an officer arrived at the scene and saw Nguyen looking into the victim's window, Nguyen ran. Officers were later able to positively identify Nguyen and arrested him.

Police booked Nguyen into the 4th Avenue Jail. He faces charges of voyeurism and criminal trespassing.
