YUMA COUNTY, Ariz. — A Yuma County man's death under "suspicious circumstances" is being investigated as a homicide, according to officials.
The Yuma County Sheriff's Office said the investigation began when Maximino Garcia Sotelo, 73, was found dead during a welfare check Sunday afternoon at the home near County 16th Street and Avenue B in Somerton.
Other details about the investigation were not immediately released by the sheriff's office.
