YAVAPAI COUNTY, Ariz. — A driver suspected of DUI was arrested with his finger stuck in a White Claw can over the weekend in Yavapai County, according to officials.

The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office said the arrest happened on Nov. 23. Video of the incident was released on Facebook.
A deputy saw the driver, whose name was not released, driving on Iron Springs Road. The driver "swerved off the road at the bridge and struck a guardrail, causing damage and blocking the roadway," the sheriff's office said in a news release.
When the deputy approached the vehicle, the driver was found with a finger on his right hand in a can of White Claw.
“What you got on your finger there,” the deputy asked. “White Claw?”
“So what’s going on, you OK?” the deputy continued.
“I’m totally perfect,” the driver responded.
“You’re totally okay?” the deputy asked again.
The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was arrested, the sheriff's office said.
The sheriff's office said the driver is facing the following charges:
- DUI Slightest
- DUI
- Extreme DUI
- Super-Extreme DUI
- Endangerment per DV
- Criminal Damage against YC Public Works
"It was very fortunate that no one was hurt or killed by this driver," the sheriff's office said.
