COOLIDGE, Ariz. — A man was shot and killed in Coolidge earlier Sunday morning, according to authorities.
The Coolidge Police Department said the shooting happened Sunday at around 5:10 a.m.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 800 block of West Pima Avenue, which is near 9th Street and Northern Avenue, across the street from Coolidge High School.
They found a man who had been shot multiple times. The man, whose name was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Police are looking for a suspect in the shooting.
